Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use eventsinc.ca and our event ordering pages. By using them you agree to these terms. The Embroidery Service Terms also apply to any embroidery order, and the Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

A business that books our services (for example an event host, brand or agency) is also bound by its signed agreement with us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement governs the booking.

Enter your own accurate details and check your order before you submit it. Do not order for someone else without their permission, or place repeat orders to get around event limits.

Staff and organizer accounts are personal. Keep your password private, use only the access you were given, and tell us promptly at sales@embroiderysolutions.ca if you think your account has been misused. We may suspend access to protect the service or other users.

Upload logos, artwork, images or text only if you own them or have permission to use them. Content must not be unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or harmful, and must not contain malware. You keep your rights in your content and allow us to store, reproduce, resize and stitch it only to prepare and fulfil the event and orders. We may refuse or remove content or personalization that breaks these terms.

The site, its software, and our designs and samples belong to Embroidery Solutions or its licensors. Do not copy, resell or misuse them. Font names and samples help you choose; the fonts belong to their owners.

Do not interfere with the site, try to access other people's information, scrape it, or bypass security or limits.

We provide the site and ordering pages on an "as available" basis and use reasonable care to keep them working. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Event Wi-Fi, mobile coverage, power, printers, our service providers or other events beyond our reasonable control can cause delays or outages.

Order confirmation means we received your order, not that it is made. Wait times and pickup estimates are estimates and can change. Text and email delivery depends on carriers and providers and is not guaranteed. If the site or messages are unavailable, please check with our staff at the embroidery station, who can also take your order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other laws that cannot be waived, or our responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site interruptions. This does not reduce our obligations to protect your personal information or to perform our services with reasonable care. Our responsibility for embroidery work is described in the Embroidery Service Terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not take away any right you have under consumer protection law to bring a claim in a court where you live.

We may update these terms by posting a new version. Changes apply going forward; the version in effect when you placed an order applies to that order.
