Is ES Live software or an embroidery service?
ES Live is the QR ordering and production platform built by Embroidery Solutions Toronto. You can book a managed live embroidery activation with our team, or enquire about a demo and managed setup with your event team.
Can we use it if we already hired an embroiderer?
Yes. Request a demo or managed setup discussion with your existing provider. We plan the guest experience with you and your embroidery provider before the event.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the event QR code and open the ordering page in their phone’s browser. Your team can also help guests order at the booth.
Can the choices fit our brand?
Yes. We agree the items and personalisation menu with your event team before guests arrive. Guests choose from that menu, with real stitched font samples to help them decide.
How long will guests wait?
Simple initials typically take 2–4 minutes to embroider; complex designs take longer. Waiting time is additional and depends on demand during the event. Estimates can change. Guests can follow their status and return when their item is ready.
How do guests get pickup updates?
Guests can choose text, email, both or check back at the booth, and follow their order through a status link. Available options are agreed for the event. Contact details and the required consent are needed for text or email updates. Delivery is not guaranteed, so guests can also check their status link or ask at the booth.
Where do you offer live embroidery?
We serve Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. For events elsewhere, contact us to discuss the location and scope.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
Tell us your event date, venue, expected guest count, items and event duration, and whether you need our embroidery team or setup with your existing provider. We discuss suitable fabrics, placements and venue needs with you before confirming the scope.
